Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and attentiveness of the owners, as they promptly returned my forgotten earpods, showcasing their commitment to excellent hospitality. The room itself was a haven of comfort, featuring a cozy sitting area and a well-equipped dressing area that allowed for relaxation and ease of movement. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my freshly brewed tea while admiring the picturesque views of the surrounding landscapes. Each morning, I was treated to a bountiful breakfast that highlighted local flavors, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to share my delightful experiences with friends back home. Domaine Du Carouge truly encapsulates the essence of Sri Lanka’s renowned tea culture, and I cannot wait to return for another remarkable stay.
